Sōlaj Means Unique!
Putting the ‘Personal’ back into Personal Training and Holistic Wellness, we work with each client to understand their lives and lifestyles. Whether you’re here for testing or training, it is our goal to learn what makes you uniquely you, and empower you with the tools and knowledge to feel better and be healthier.
Carol has been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years, starting part-time while working in high tech. Beginning with group fitness, she lead weight-based, kickbox, and Spin classes, before becoming a C.H.E.K Exercise Coach in 2006.
With her own body changing with age, she embarked on learning a more holistic approach to working out, focusing on biomechanics and physiological loads and how they affect workouts. Over time, this study included nutrition & supplementation and how deficiencies manifest themselves. She added Applied Kinesiology (Muscle Testing) to compliment her innate ability to work with a client’s energy in order to isolate deficiencies, sensitivities, and musculoskeletal and brain/body connection issues.
Wanting to help more people move and feel better, Carol became a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating with distinction from Biomechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage in Vancouver, WA. Her knowledge of movement quickly made her a highly skilled and recommended therapist. She worked with Atlas Spinal Care in Vancouver, WA after graduation, as well as her own practice, before moving back to her native NH in 2019. In 2021, she added Craniosacral Therapy to her list of services. She has recently expanded her practice to include NES Wellness BioEnergetiX Scans.
Carol now practices orthopedic massage within Project Walk Ability Boston in Stratham, NH. She continues to work with patients of Elite Chiropractic, as well as spinal cord compromised clients of Project Walk and their families/caregivers.
